In industrial circulating cooling water systems, PAPEMP can effectively prevent the formation of scale. Scale is mainly composed of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and other substances. PAPEMP can chelate with calcium ions and other scale - forming ions, so that these ions are kept in a dissolved state and do not precipitate to form scale, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger and reducing energy consumption.It also has a certain corrosion - inhibiting effect. By adsorbing on the metal surface, it forms a protective film to isolate the metal from corrosive substances such as oxygen and water in the water, thereby slowing down the corrosion rate of the metal.
