The duration of the anti-scaling effect of ATMP (Amino Trimethylene Phosphonic Acid) is affected by a variety of factors including water conditions, temperature, pH, etc. Below are some specific influencing factors and related duration information:

1. Water conditions: In aqueous solutions with high calcium hardness, ATMP can be kept at a temperature of 85°C for 24 hours without precipitation, showing a good anti-scaling effect. This shows that under certain hardness and temperature conditions, the anti-scaling effect of ATMP can last at least 24 hours.

2. Temperature effect: ATMP is still effective in a certain temperature range (e.g. 40°C-50°C) and can inhibit the precipitation of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate. At higher temperatures, its effectiveness decreases, especially at temperatures above 60°C, where the anti-scaling effect of ATMP may be compromised.

3. pH effect: In high pH environments (e.g. alkaline water), ATMP can effectively inhibit calcium carbonate precipitation, and it avoids scale formation by complexing calcium ions. In acidic environment, especially when the pH value is lower than 4, the anti-scaling performance of ATMP is limited.

4. Other factors: the content of organic matter in the water, with the use of other agents, etc. will also affect the anti-scaling effect of ATMP.

In summary, the duration of the anti-scaling effect of ATMP is not a fixed value, but is affected by a variety of conditions. Under ideal conditions, ATMP can maintain an effective anti-scaling effect for at least 24 hours, but the actual application needs to be based on specific water quality and operating conditions to determine its duration.
